The First Working Day of New Member at HiQ
At a startup, recruiting new member is always a matter of quarterly, even monthly, because Startup is growing and developing products, the more need new talent to join the team.
For new employees to easily collaborate with the core team, assisting them integrate into the new Startup environment, even different from their former workplace, is a matter that HiQ is extremely concerned about.
First of all, HiQ has a friendly and supportive staff. On the first day, new member has time to introduce, say hello to colleagues, understand the general purpose of HiQ, make them easier in the integration process.
In the process of working, new member is supported and guided by a core member in the team. HiQ have a core team that is friendly, willing to share and help each other. At the first meeting, HiQ is openly listening to feedback from new colleagues so it will solve the problem and have better working suggestions in the near future.
Begin is the difficulty. The stress, responsibility for everyone is problem of any startup, not just HiQ. However, we usually has weekly activities that bring together members, organize tea-break in the office, go out to parties, eat, share. So, members have the opportunity to closely talk with each other, regain their energy after a week of hard work, and get ready to face the harder challenges in the future.
