Continuing to strive for HomeIQ (HiQ) company development, the employees have been trying their best every day to bring the best technology products to life. Therefore, a HiQ teambuilding activity to rest is probably the most anticipated time for the staff of HomeIQ. After hours of hard work in the research and preparation for the upcoming launch of new products, the HiQ company has spent a day to jointly team building with many interesting activities.
In the next 1 month, HiQ prepares to launch new products. This product has been researched and developed for 10 months to be ready to introduce to consumers.
Therefore, all employees in the company are very busy to complete their work in the most perfect way. It can lead to pressures during work.
Realizing that situation, the company’s management decided to organize HiQ teambuilding so that everyone could relax and have fun together. Like that, when we get back to work, the morale of the employees will be more exciting, the results will be better.
The teambuilding was held at the BCR with activities such as paintball, eating, singing, playing, and swimming.
9:00 AM: Everyone gathered at the gate of the BCR. We were assigned to bring the necessary items for the trip.
10:00 AM: Entered and started with the paintball game. We prepared the necessary clothes for the game such as military-style clothes, protective armor, helmets and finally guns.
11:00 AM: Because this is a competitive and somewhat dangerous game, so we need to hear the instructions (game rules and how to play).
Then, we were divided into teams and photographed by teams. We seemed to be fighting against each other, but in reality, we were very happy. Because we were about to become soldiers.
After that, the game started in the air that can not be more interesting. We were brought into the Country battlefield, where there were broken houses, some bushes and stone bricks, it seemed there was a war here.
Just kidding, all these scenes were set up to suit the game theme. That would be our shelter.
12:00 PM: Paintball Game ended with stories that have no end. Although there was some violence, the game was really fun.
The whole HiQ company moved to another location, where we ate lunch, rested and played together.
We played board games like Uno, Werewolf. Some of us were singing and dancing or listening to history, family or life stories. Perhaps that was the most comfortable time period during the day when we were playing, besides a lot of junk food.
** The most unexpected thing on this trip was the surprise birthday party for an employee in our company. It’s not easy to prepare a surprise on teambuilding like this, but we did it. Glad that this is also the first time she has a birthday like this. Everything became meaningful.**
15:00 PM: We started moving to the next activity, it’s swimming. What’s more wonderful than playing sports all day and then you can immerse yourself in the clear blue water in the Infinity Pool at the end of the day.
A series of interesting games took place in the pool like passing balls, swimming competitions, swimming classes were also open to welcome very familiar students who have to meet each other every day.
17:00 PM: This should be the end of the team building time so that everyone could go home to rest. But no, HiQ decided to move to a nearby pub to continue playing and eating together for the rest of the day.

All good things must come to an end. But there are definitely moments and memories of our opportunity to be together, have fun, or just need to sit side by side without any pressure which is never easy to be forgotten.
Without any regret in that day, simply a relaxing, comfortable day that HiQ company hopes everyone feels the same. The company created such a meaningful day for us so that we can be able to return to our daily lives and work more productive and more efficient.
