What can you expect from AirPlus’ quality?
It is not easy to actually deliver the goods with high-quality to the customers, but have a look at our process, can you feel the high-quality yet?
HiQ pays attention to the product right from the material step. Although people said that the materials which come from China is not good and have low quality. But HiQ choose the best on the list. From the skin of AirPlus to the electric board inside. Take this for example:
The good supposed to be shipped on the 10th of July but then delayed until the beginning of August. The main reason here is we wanted to physical check our product before shipping, so our industrial designer and QC went to the factory when the workers are assembling the product, then HiQ requested them to use 3M glue instead of some generic brand, which can increase or production cost. HiQ also checked every single AirPlus and removed all the failure before delivering to the customer. All AirPlus need to went through QC: physical inspection, functional testing, durable testing before putting in the package. This process is time-consuming which HiQ think is one of the reasons why the date of delivery is late.
But the tough time didn’t end there, while the QC team was doing a final inspection before shipping, we found that all AirPlus are not equally made, some of them are having cosmetic issues. The main reason is the craftsmanship of the assembly team recommended by the manufacturer is not at the level we expected. We committed many faults such as trimming not correctly, miss-alignment, too less or too much glue, glue stick on the case, used generic glue to reduce cost, etc. So instead of start postage, HiQ recall all AirPlus from the warehouse and find another assembly team. As the result, HiQ’s products are highly competitive compared with other familiar products.
Through troubles and problems, the first batch finally is being shipped. Be patience because the shipping process is followed by “First come first served”
